PAYMENT & CANCELLATION 
POLICY

Please read carefully prior to booking your appointment

 

Cancellation/ rescheduling policy for non- pmu:

​

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee of the service will be charged. If you need to reschedule more than once, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit will be charged to secure the new date and time. The cancellation/ booking fee must be paid via EFT.

Late arrivals/ no shows

​

The business consequently suffers losses if you are over 15 minutes late. We understand that life happens and sometimes there are unforeseen emergencies, so please keep in touch with us and we can see what we can do for you, or you may need to reschedule. If you simply just arrive late to your appointment without any notice or don’t show up at all, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged and will NOT be used for your next appointment. This fee needs to be settled before you can make a new appointment with us. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service and to provide each customer the quality time and service they deserve. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or those of other clients.

For Permanent Makeup Brows:

​

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is required when booking PMU Brows. Once you have made a booking, you will be sent banking details and will have 48 hours to make the payment. Should you not pay in time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to start the booking process again. The booking fee will be deducted from the total price which is due on the day of your appointment. The balance may be paid via card, cash or EFT on the day.

Rescheduling is only allowed ONCE and needs to be at least 48 hours before the initial appointment date. Rescheduled appointments must be made within 30 workdays. If not, deposits will be forfeited/cancellation fee applies.

Cancellations within less than 48 hours of the appointment date will forfeit their booking fee and will NOT be used for the next appointment. If you simply just arrive late to your appointment without any notice, you will need to reschedule, and you will forfeit your deposit where applicable. No- shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee which will NOT be used for your next appointment. This fee needs to be settled before you can make a new appointment with us.

 

Clients with tattoo or previous PMU on your brows, please send a photo of your brows on Whatsapp to 063 292 9918. Photos must be taken in good lighting without make-up or filters, or alternatively, book a consultation at a fee (R300). This needs to be approved by us before booking your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone. All treatments completed are non-refundable.
